Fix the site asap!
The product had evolved into a different animal, but the website messaging was not properly reflecting the change. Key differentiators were not mentioned, and the imagery was lacking.
Working within the existing WordPress theme, I created a new version of the Home page, and a completely new Product page, focussing on communicating the value proposition of the new product and speaking to potential customers about the business problems 98point6 could solve.
I made copies of the two new pages in shared google docs to gather feedback from key stakeholders, and worked with a copywriter to refine the language. The process took 2 weeks door to door and was regarded as a big improvement.
